No Returns on Food or Consumable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food or consumable items, including loose tea and packaged tea. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products that are safe and of the highest quality. Reasons for this policy include:

No Refunds on Reiki Services

Refunds for Damaged Consumable Items

If a consumable item has been damaged upon delivery, a refund will be issued upon submitting evidence of the damaged item. To initiate a return, please email us at the contact email address provided on our website. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been made or personalized for you are non-refundable. Please confirm all details before purchasing.

Shipping Costs

When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
